Ryan Baller, DDS
Upon completing his formal education, Dr. Baller practiced dentistry for eight years at the Siouxland Community Health Center, achieving the Co-Dental Director's position before becoming a full-time associate at Wheelock & Associates Dentistry in 2017. At the beginning of 2020, Dr. Baller and Dr. Wineland were honored to take over the practice from Dr. Wheelock, carrying on the tradition of excellent dental care in a locally-owned dental office that supports its local community
Dr. Baller is dedicated to honing his skills and advancing his expertise in dentistry through his practice and continuing education courses. Some of his most recent training includes clear aligners and a mini-residency program in Implantology. Dr. Baller is thrilled to continue enhancing his abilities so he can continue providing outstanding comprehensive care to his patients in Sioux City, IA.
Dr. Baller is a member of the American Dental Association, Iowa Dental Association, and the Sioux City Dental Society. He has also participated in the Iowa Mission of Mercy.
In his free time outside of the office, Dr. Baller and his wife Gretchen are busy spending time with their family and their many activities. The couple are active in their local church as well as chairpersons of Artsplash. Together they have been blessed with four beautiful children: Emma (dental student at UNMC), Seneca (graduate student in a doctoral program of Audiology at Grand Valley State University), Brecken (Senior at North and competitive swimmer), and Daxton (middle-schooler and avid golfer and tennis player).
